Hi, I'm Chelsey, the founder of Tribe RN. I graduated from nursing school at UNM in 2005. I quickly found my love of nursing in critical care and have a true passion for the profession. I love patient care, learning, and teaching.
For most of my career, I have worked at UNM Hospital. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with amazing people at some of the most amazing facilities in the country. I was a Gypsy Nurse for approximately 4 years. Travel nursing was an amazing opportunity to learn and grow and truly opened my eyes to the versatility of the career.
My mission is to create the best resources, tools, charts, and diagrams for my fellow nurses. I want to help everyone in our field, from nursing student to seasoned nurse.
I envision a community of nurses banding together, sharing ideas, focus, resources, laughs, and stressors. My hope in this is to create unity within our profession and improve patient care.

In our community we share medical articles, answer questions from fellow nurses and nursing students, have live Q&A sessions with nurses YOU want to hear from, we laugh together and learn together daily.
